Each new patient is given a free exam on your first visit. Upon entering the office, you will be greeted and taken on a tour of the facility. Our new patient coordinator will then take you through the entire exam experience and explain the process. On this first visit, we take a full mouth set of x-rays, a panoramic film which scans the entire jaw, a set of photos, the hygienist does a gum exam and the doctor does a clinical exam. You will watch films about various conditions in the mouth, educating you and explaining and answering any questions you may have. Since the fearful patient is our specialty, we spend a lot of time with patients informing them about what’s going to happen next and calming there fears.
